Gene Expression Visualisation

Mosaic is the data management and visualisation solution being used by the Cardiovascular Development Data Resource Center (CDDRC), working with multiple omics data types for a variety of model organisms as well as human. We recently put out a blog post on the CDDRC website highlighting how data visualisation in Mosaic was able to help researchers better understand trends in their data.

This post shows how a number of gene expression charts were generated for a publication, but after reviewing the same data with interactive charting in Mosaic, they made important realisations about the trends in expression across multiple genes.
