Announce Collaboration with SFARI
We are delighted to announce that Frameshift is working with the Simons Foundation Autism Research Initiative (SFARI) to build a portal for their researchers to be able to quickly access and explore the deeply phenotyped Simons Simplex Collection (SSC). When complete, this viewer will give authenticated users access to the full breadth of SSC data, enabling them to define their own cohorts based on all manner or phenotypic or data quality metrics, and use our data visualizations to explore potential relationships between the data. Through the portal, users will have access to a range of other IOBIO tools, including quality control applications, gene.iobio for exploring family variants in a set of genes, among others.
